So the stock speakers connect with an Aux cord style hookup, so I bought these and they are a direct fit, I tucked the excess cable in the top of the helmet Liner and leave about 8” hanging out to be able to hold the helmet next to my head, install the monitors, and drop the helmet on, after I cinch the chin strap I just push the excess between the liner and my head so it doesn’t catch on my jacket.

I would hazard a guess and say that people see how much fun ADV bikes are and want to try it. I think ADV is a quickly growing segment of the market, I just got my bike in July and went the Adv route and my next bike will be an ADV/touring bike (Africa twin) as the KLR is not the most comfortable for road rides longer than 30-40 minutes.

I saw, I just felt bad with how much I've bastardized my '67 compared to that one and didn't want to mention my blasphemous ct90

Got any details on the class/school, Zac? I might be interested for no other reason than the experience. I plan on buying a monkey this year and that’s kinda like a mini-supermoto, no? I feel like the hooning skills would directly translate there more than on the Harley.

I need to replace the brake fluid on my bike but some say that it requires a special tool or procedure because I have ABS on both wheels. Anyone have any insight into that? Is it worth taking to a shop or can I work around it on my own?

It depends on what bike you're working on. I'm on a Yamaha FJR1300 and it has linked ABS. When flushing/changing brake fluid you need to actuate the ABS to push old fluid out of the ABS block and shuttle valves. The process is built in to the on board diagnostics but you need to make a jumper wire to do it. It is important to do it so that you get the old fluid out of the ABS module. Check a forum for your bike and see what other owners have done.
