My knees feel fine now the flu on the other hand is kicking my ass. Last time I got the flu was 2014 which in turned into walking pneumonia and spent a month n half in the hospital on a ventilator. But I'm taking better care of myself this time around.

Yeah. Cold, windy and damp here, with a light snow. My morning walk with the dog is going to be challenging. She won't want to go.

Saw I guy get creamed by a vehicle on his electric bike in Springfield PA crossing Baltimore pike. Right down the street from Toyota dealership. Came back the other way 15-20 minutes later and there was a white blanket over him. Im guessing the outcome was not good.

Promised my grand daughter to take her to the Chinese Buffet right near there. Glad I heard about it on the radio traffic report to avoid that area. Was able to get around it and had a great lunch.

It was crazy man. I had a sick feeling in my stomach. Being a new dad makes you wonder if he was a dad. Or couldn’t afford gas and had to ride his bike to work. Very sad....

    Stuff. Things.
Had mom in the hospital this am for a quick surgery (it went well). Got home around 10am and slept till 3, got up and am currently 3 hours into my last shift here at Dow.

Part of me wants a nice Q^*e+ night, the other wishes that the 13th would unleash and I get to have one finally rally of chaos but more in the security side of the chair not the fire side.

Either way, I’m happy it’s finally over, the last 18 months was draining, and absolutely killed my social life.

It's hard to function without internet today, like it or not. Smart thermostat, online banking, home security system, TW :), etc.

Good morning. Winter has returned - for a day or two. About a 1/2 inch of fluffy snow and wind chill pushing into the teens. Enjoy your day.
