    2002 SR5 extra cab
Hello for the first time on the message board
    I own a 2002 Tacoma SR5 4cyl auto - extra cab with 215000 miles - runs like the day
    bought it in 2002
I am concidering buying a New 2008 and have a question
The only complaint that I have about the Tacoma it the Poor Support of the Drivers seat and the Hardness of the ride
Does anyone know if The seats have been improved and if the ride has been softened up
I have read some reviews online that state that seats are larger and that the ride is better, but need a better review from owners

The seats were made larger in 07. But the TRD version comes with upgraded seats with driver side adjustable lumbar support. I definately recomend the TRD seats. As far as the ride, that just depends on what you are use to and what you consider stiff. I love my ride and wouldnt change a thing, but others constantly complain about the stiffness. Just head to your local dealer and take a few for a spin. Test driving cars is always a good time. Welcome to TW!

The SR5's also come with lumbar support (at least mine does).
