My sons 2017 Tacoma was recently totaled by an idiot that came through an intersection and hit him almost head on. The most important thing is that he walked away OK but the truck frame had major damage and was beyond repair. We have a 2023 Off Road incoming within the next couple of weeks and are starting to order parts to customize it like his last one. Was curious if anyone has purchased any of the aftermarket(non OEM) TRD Pro Grille's and paired it with the OEM radar garnish? Or if you've purchased both parts aftermarket and had good luck with the aftermarket garnish not throwing codes? Any pics and links would be appreciated. Thanks!

I have a 2019 and my son has a 2022 and we both have aftermarket TRD Pro grilles with aftermarket sensor garnish from Empyre Off-road. No issues with TSS system or warning lights at all and satisfied with the products.

I did have a bird hit on the lower passenger side that broke part of the grille out.

Hey man first of all, thankful to hear he is ok .
I have 2020 and I installed a Xtrek grill and used the AJT tss relocation bracket. No issues so far. I’ve heard others say to use a OEM garnish if you go with after market grill .
