    I think since it was a relatively quiet flu season the pastors couple years, it’s back with a vengeance. Same with RSV etc.

    Extra consumables, What are you going to use for additive in water for flash rust? Stands to support metal that's bigger then your table.

    I bought consumables and then more consumables including tips of different sizes looong before getting my cnc table :rofl:

    I haven't purchased fluid yet for it though as I don't plan to cut yet.

    And supports absolutely; I've read about the wobble the table exhibits on cuts. That's where I'll plan to put my bucket(s).

    Been busy all day so all I had a chance to do was move it to the corner :bananadead:

    You mean locked 3rd member right? I recall now, it's been awhile.

    Should sell all that and invest the cash into filing your rig to tip top shape.

    Yesss, you upgraded them right?

    I really don't plan to move this thing much more than a few inches. I would upgrade them for sure if I had my machine on a shelf below the table though.

    But I do want to ask, did you put anything to "guard" splash or splatter?

    For instance, this is my laptop charger -

    20230114_191109.jpg

    Ignore the mess of wires, I still need to plug in the rest of the stuff and tighten things up before I can even fire it up -

    20230114_191122.jpg

    Still need to attach my torch cable too...fucker is long as hell.

    Yes I upgraded my leg inserts and casters. Table like to wiggle some with small casters like you used. The machine casters have the adjustable foot pad that locks it in place.
    I haven't made any splash guards. It's on my todo list. Your lap top charger looks like mine when I'm running, but mine goes straight down to floor. There's been issue with ground loop interference with laptop plug in. So when I'm actually cutting I unplug laptop from charger. My laptop doesn't stay on machine, I bring it home with me. Hence the reason I haven't zip tied it somewhere. I have a mini PC I'm going to eventually setup up, but want to get a nice touch screen first.

    My laptop will be dedicated to this setup, which is why I want to make sure long term the plug doesn't suffer an untimely demise. It's plugged into a separate outlet from the electronics enclosure. And yeah, touchscreen is nice.

    But I do intend to run an HDMI cable to the tv on the wall as a secondary monitor.

    20230114_212826.jpg

    Plasma cutter has it's own dedicated circuit that I ran to the panel.

    Just need to utilize the wall space properly for inline filters.

    May I ask what exactly you did for your water filter setup? And what fluid you used for your table?

    @Empty_Lord
    @Speedytech7

    So I checked my grounds at the rear by the bulb sockets and whatnot.

    The few grounds I saw in the engine bay were good as well.

    Now I don't know if this helps narrow down any specific ground wire but check this out -

    https://youtu.be/FuWNztrD9T4

    Brake lights work like normal, with lights off.

    Lights on, rear passenger is on as if the ground switch is activated.

    Lights on, stepping on brake, rear driver turns off and rear passenger remains bright.

    Lights off, brake lights work like normal.

    Sterling Plasma fluid https://www.cuttingfluidsdirect.com...ut-premium-plasma-cutting-fluid-5-gallon-pail It's concentrated 20:1 so a little goes a long ways. Air I'm running a big after cooler into a water separator before going into tank. Then a regulator filter coming out of the tank. Mounted to Plasma cart I have a desiccant dryer into a motorgaurd filter then into cutter.

    You may have a bulb with a shorted filament, this would likely be a brake/running light bulb
