    It is. Found out last year when I was camping with some friends and family. They were leaving them on people’s golf carts. Didn’t know what it was for but figured it was the campsite that had a giant rubber duck on the roof of their golf cart. My friends wife informed me that they were swingers and that it was an invite to their campsite.
