It honestly isn't bad for 600, once I don't suck at welding I plan on fixing some issues and things I don't like. I mean you get a lot of metal that bolts together into a decent bumper that's budget friendly, better approach angle and tire clearance.. I'm happy I got it

I assume your problem is getting the other half out?

If you have a step drill bit set then the easiest way is to use the existing passageway through the middle of the bleeder valve as a guide and use consecutive increasingly larger sized drill bits to slowly drill out the bleeder valve. At one point you should be able to pick our the pieces and get it completely out. The tricky part is to make sure you do not drill too far in and damage where the bleeder valve seats.

Edit: Or use an easy out.

I'd probably be a lot more tempted for 600 but that's not where it's at anymore

Oil change, CAF change and added a piece of flashing to cover the CAF intake and prevent water from flooding the passenger floor board after a car wash or strong rain. Yet to see if it works…:D

Very cool! Thanks for sharing. Something I want to learn to do. After installing my lift kit by my self … it gave me a lot more confidence to do other work on my truck.

When you adjust your lights, make sure you use tape on the wall to properly reference a point to align them. There are many guides of YouTube how to align you lights.
Anytime you remove or replace your headlights or bulbs, you should realign them for the courtesy of other drivers

you can remove the rest of the bleeder with an extractor
Use heat penetrating oil etc on the area first
If that doesn’t work, should probably replace the caliper which could use a rebuild by now anyways, at best
