Techstream / TIS - Two Day Login - Do I need software to view the manuals?

Anyone have any experience with the two day Techstream subscription. I can log in under the 'returning users - extend subscription' in the middle of page and see I bought a subscription yesterday. But when I use the same login/password on the left under "subscriber login" it doesnt let me in.

I am aready 24 hours in on this two day subscription and cant get anything. Should I be able to log in on the left menu and view the manuals? Or do I need to download software to view them? I assume if I just wanted to view manuals I could do from web?

It might not activate until monday. You'll need to contact support. I login from a different screen (canadian), but for a US temp user that is the correct screen.

Thanks. I did put a ticket in to support. Monday is a US holiday so might have to wait until Tuesday which stinks because I will be back to work by then and will not have time to play around.. But thanks for help
