In PA.....If you set a penny flush againest the flares and drop it... If the edge of the penny hits any tread - that's a FAIL.

I don't think PA cares too much about mudflaps on regular cars/trucks - as long as the fender flares cover the tires, you're good. I had a Jeep with 35" tires, full fender flares, and no mudflaps...passed inspection every time and never got pulled over.

it might not be a problem with regular city cops. but CHP are jerks about it. my co-workers got tickets for not having mud flaps on their lifted silverados.

cheap easy solution they tried and it worked. $10 rubber floor mats. they they took them off after the inspection.

I live in wyoming and i have never heard of getting pulled over for flaps or fenders. maybe ill be the first :p

Cops suck they need to find real criminals or go home and just keep beating their wife, we all no the only people that become cops are wimps, pussies, wanna be hero's, and people that were picked on when young. Put any one of those sorry ass losers that don't have half an education in a ring with me and you'll see why those punks got behind the badge in the first place, cause they have to run in packs like punk ass gangbangers. Remember the sherrifs and popo's are this countrys biggest baddest gang, you can't beat those nerds when they stand together a nation strong. Good luck, and just put you're flaps back on and they won't have another reason to mess with you. I still believe there may be one real good cop left out there maybe just one!

It's kinda funny- All the work you put into the bullshit picture you paint of cops being trumped up dudes who are compensating for a bad childhood...and then you have to talk about how big and bad you are if you got toe to toe with a cop. Who is compensating now??

Your attitude sounds typical of someone who regularly has runs ins with the police because you think you are better than the law. Get a clue and life gets alot easier.

First off, you're saying the cops don't have half of an education, but you cannot even spell sheriff

Also, you'll notice I corrected some grammatical errors for you. The changes are in red so you don't miss them.

Second, you're just a flat out dumb ass who seems to be a little overly butt hurt about cops. Either you couldn't/can't hack it or you don't know how to obey the law/be respectful and have had some run-ins and lost

    Now then

You know why cops like to make silly little traffic stops that seem inconsequential and a waste of time to ya'll? Because they often lead to bigger things

I attempted to stop a car last night for having only 1 headlight...turned out the vehicle was stolen...after a short pursuit 4 people are in custody, a gun is off the streets and out of the hands of felons, a vehicle was recovered (albeit totaled) and the suspects are now implicated in several burglaries in at least 2 different jurisdictions so far...

The only ones hating on what I said are prob cops or family of cops you guys will always try and justify why you are assholes and that general public doesn't know you guys misuse you're powers, we do know and if you want a better rep help change the mindset of the public about cops. Like I said I am the only one speaking for non cops right now and cops can't be told anything they all think they know everything and that's a requirment of the job. If you want to take it personal that's fine but don't expect me to get you're back if you need it cause cops ain't shit without taxpayers feeding their salaries. Don't hate on me and be just like the rest of those assholes, we both obviously love Toyota trucks so why can't we be in alliance and talk about stuff in peace or oh that's right you guys are peace officers but don't like peace in you're own lives. Hey why not help change you're asshole stereotype by being better than that, but can you not do that?+you guys are acting like Im gunnin for you, you don't like it when anyone has an opinion about cops but we have to listen to you're punk asses act like were lucky for some little break you give us when we are pulled over, fuck you, a real break is not picking on someone for something as small as mudflaps. If you guys are so good at you're jobs it wouldn't take sneaky shit to find criminals and using b.s. Like mudflaps as an excuse to pull one over.

Oh and I turned down my acceptance to the L.A.P.D. by the way because of the image police officers have to the people in their community, why would I chose to be what the publics views as tyranical and misuse their power for their own good .I my friend am not an asshole unless you piss me of and wouldn't need the public hating on me for what corrupt others have done. By the way I appreciate that you got more scum out of the community thanks, just wish that car wasn't totaled though. Can't you guys go about finding criminals another way though because being pulled over for stuff like that is sorry that you guys have to resort to that to find criminals because it can seriously piss off the wrong guy for shit like that one day so don't make sorry ass excuses for stuff like that it just plain don't fly period.

you sit here and ask for peace to talk about trucks, which is all fine and dandy, but look at th shit that YOU are saying about them! your a f**king dumbass for bashing on someone who risks their life day in and day out to keep theives, murderers, rapists, and child molesters off the street so YOU can live a peaceful and safe life.

i suppose the next thing you say is that the military are a bunch of pussies, when a bunch of 18-25 year old men and women go to foreign land and sleep in tents, do back-breaking labor, work hours on end, and DIE EVERY SINGLE DAY so that you can sleep in your nice cozy bed and live your life freely!

    get a f**king clue kid
