^Yes I use it on the outer tie rod joint, since the stud size is the same as the upper ball joint. Many advertised tie rod puller tools are too small to fit on the Tacoma spindle.

Got the spare down possibly the first time in the 4Runner's 13-year life. The hoist using a chain instead of a steel cable probably made it less prone to seizure from rust:

The spare tire was holding about 20 psi. I pumped it up to 34.

:evil:stated in the fine print " all 4 runner sold in North America must be converted to an overland vehicle after the 10th year after production. Failure to comply will warrant a punishment of 10 lashes with a wet noodle..:)

Looking further into it, assuming that's the same one - everyone in the comments is mentioning it's based on a Roofnest Falcon/ Falcon 2 (apparently a cross between the two)

"In actual fact, a breakdown of the process showed that the 1000 vehicles were sold in under ten seconds, but the process of finalising each purchase took the full sale time out to almost three minutes."

WTF, where's the part where they rip you off with an extended warranty?

But yes, if you plug @LP3's tracking number into DHL's website, it shows the tent will be shipping from Zhejiang, China.
