    I purchased KTJO4X4 's tailgate lock and drop from another member here, after I had an issue with the installation, I sent her an email question. Now I don't know anyone that has had issues with her or her company, but I want to say that when I had a question, she got back to me within a few days and was willing to help me, even though I didn't purchase the item from her.
