    One day I was strolling thru the woods and something caught my eye, it was a tip of a deer antler sticking out of the ground (like maybe 3" or so). Anycrippledoldg8rtaco....I dug that baby up and it was an intact 8pt, skull and all. Since then I've always wondered how long it would take a deer skull to become completely buried in the woods if just left alone out there. :confused::confused::confused:

    We have been no-tilling for 10-15 years now. But it’s just like I’ve always thought, with no-tilling every year the residue builds up causing the fertilizer from getting deep enough in the ground. Also we have water standing in places there has never been water before. So this year we are tilling most fields, chisel plowing then disking or field cultivating.
