might be a 3 hour job for both sets including clean up. Most time consuming part is running the power from front to back.

installed the camper lights backwards so I had more overhead light at the tail gate.

thank you. I was thinking same thing. just didn't want to start crap. I love living in CA, not only for the smog controls, but they started the no smoking in doors.

    2” or so lift
I don’t want to start a crazy debate on this forum, but living in Southern California, and working in the San Fernando Valley of Los Angeles, I’m very aware of the smog issues that we had/have. But I pose a question, what is worse for the environment, putting urea in your diesel motor, or deleting it and getting 5 mpg more in a 1 ton truck (25mpg on avg and no black smoke). And this new wave of battery power is not the answer, it is so much worse for the environment then a combustion engine in the manufacturing process, and the power grid wont be able to keep up! And if you are still reading this, and if you all across this forum didn’t know, these are the last couple months you are able to buy a small engine in CA(generator, chainsaw, lawn mower, etc!) And did I forget that they are trying to secretly ban swimming pools! I love the weather and amenities of California, but I hate it just as much!

how hard/long was install? Did you have to buy extra wire length or did the kits start coming with that?

Is it worth double? I assume wired to toggle as one?

I’d hope one (up too high at the roof) would be bright enough

that does look nice though. Might as well use the space if nothing else goes there.
I hope you got the dual red version…

By the way, electric car patrol....where do you think all those Li-Ion batteries are going to go when they go bad...and they will....?? Also, have you SEEN the stack output of a coal fired electric generating plant? Just wondering

Right??? Along with all illegal child labor, and slave labor in the Congo. Using kids to mine cobalt that makes the batteries.
Then sending it to China to make the batteries. Unless some sort of ethical standards are put in place, i wouldn’t give them a second look.

They also started tax payer funded sanctuary city programs for addicts that filled SF and LA areas with thousands of junkies and thief’s. They also have gone hardest on bail reform and reduced sentencing which has street crime and theft at an all time high. They are c
and the fires!! One Tesla burned for 2 days in Florida from flood water. They couldn’t put it out.
