Anyone else keep getting tv commercials in español?

 

Not here.

 

Weird.

 

I stream everything, so no commercials for me

 

It’s Roku tv. I started noticing it a month or so ago. Maybe 20% or so of the commercials are Spanish. Dawn soap, feminine products even some prescription drug. Maybe it’ll stick and I can learn some.

Im going to wait and read that next time one of those commercials come on and see if it helps.

 

Not much just got cleaning up RC trucks that me and my fiancées son got recently. They both top out at around 50mph. His on left Arrma Typhon and mine on right Arrma Granite.

Oh yeah got engaged 12/12/22 I guess I never said anything here I don’t think

On another note I get a PRP (platelet-rich plasma) injection in my shoulder Feb 8th. Hope it’ll get me over the final hump of healing then I can settle with workman’s comp and get on with my life.

 

Haven't had a RC since I was a kid. As an adult....to broke to play with them

 

I hadn’t had a good RC since the 90s but he wanted a hobby (he’s 16) that would get him outside and I helped him buy one. Then of course a week later I bought mine. He works full time at Chick-fil-A and school full time so he’s paid me back quickly. But damn starting at $350-500 just to get started is an expensive startup hobby! It’s fun tho and teaching him how to work on them etc. His biological dad is a piece of shit that has done nothing with or for him since birth.

 

Hell, I'm sure if I had a kid........I'd have all that shit for them(and me too) If I'm not mistaken, there is/was a RC rock crawling park over in Columbus.

 

There’s an rc racetrack in Montgomery.

Didn't know that. I use to love to watch the "builds". I use to follow a thread where the guy did a Defender. It was insane the details he put into it.

Only thing I remember about Lagoon park was the state softball tournaments use to be played there. Pretty cool

 

Lagoon park looks to be racetrack for street RCs. We’ve gone to other parks and they’re fun
