it usually is a huge contributor but not the end all day all. I’ve been dieting for other reasons but it would be nice if it went away

I never had it until after I got out of the corps that's why I didn't know; never had any weight abnormalities either before, during, or after.

 

It was infuriating when my sleep doc told me to lose weight and see if it went away when I was an already healthy weight lol

6'3" and 200, I wore a medium t shirt. Yeah yeah BMI chart blah blah I was super into lifting at that point lol

 

I just was tired all the time even sleeping 10 plus hours plus the lady telling me she’s leaving if I don’t get it sorted.

with that being said it’s a love hate relationship. My rest is way better now huge difference in energy but it’s annoying to wear and clean everyday

 

see if more people wrote ads like this they would sell their shit quicker

 

Mental health is continuously being studied day in and day out.

We're learning just how much of a contributing factor it is for a lot of 'issues' many of us deal with.

Easy to see someone be overweight (just using an easy example) and blame so many things on it.

 

understandable for sure.

girlfriend took a picture of me on our last trip and I looked at it and was shocked how shit I looked I was not feeling it.

I have been fighting my insurance to get a new CPAP, i have been without for a long time. I did an at home and then they wanted to do a lab one. After waiting months for another sleep study they called the day of to cancel. Waiting some more months and the new study is finally coming up lol

 

I don't think my insurance likes me very much

 

The digital clock is even still going

 

I don't worry about mine. Don't have a ton, but still. Holds up more than people think. Just won't be crispy.
