You will be very frustrated and cranky even the Dog avoids you.

 

Yup. A good diet doctor/nutritionist will tell you - it’s all about choices and moderation. Learning portion control and selectivity. Yes, you can have that, but perhaps half a slice. Since you had that, you’re giving up snacks today. Denying yourself only enhances the cravings which leads to binging.
