I stole this one from the Scotty Kilmer Character Assassination Thread :)
    The only worthwhile post there.

See? This “Shitpost” thread can very often be highly educational. I’ve learned things about the art of cutting boards that I didn’t even know was a thing. I thought if you wanted one, you go to Walmart and buy it.

I’d say add another piece of walnut and maple to the ends. It’ll be a big cutting board but symmetrical :fistbump:

I have some cutting boards. I’m not sure why. They came with the house. I think one of my brothers made this one in shop class many moons ago. The glue is coming loose on it.

This is the one I use. Because I can put it in the dishwasher…

2 more strips on bottom like the top on bottom, cut the oak down to account for the 2 strips depending what size you are going for

I started my "career" in the I.T. field in 1992. Done a fair number of different jobs in the field, but one of the most important things I have learned is - and I am not joking, rebooting the <whatever it is> will solve the problem 90% of the time. People sometimes think I am kidding, since that sounds so obvious, but seriously, it really is that simple a lot of the time.

There are a lot of technical reasons why a reboot clears things up, but most people would get a headache listening to the full explanation thereof, so I don't bother.

Exactly. Cause…like…when the zombie apocalypse happens we are gonna need to know things. We’ll have to make our own stuff and be Hunter/Gatherers again. Hell, I don’t even know where Little Debbie lives.

I installed a new radio in my truck and you had to "flash" a box to get it to work the steering controls, never did work. But i had to pull a fuse a couple times to get it to reset. But never had to since:confused: steering controls still havent worked. Just a weird anomoly

Same with people. The old “Get some sleep and it’ll be better in the morning” trick.
