So would that technically be a 2.5 lift in the front 3 in the rear?

 

Thank you! It drives as nice as it looks, too. The bilstein 6112/5160 feels like a good match for the leaf springs and they control the 255/80r17 Falken AT tires easily.

you are correct, 2.5/3” lift. The front was higher than what the chart says for the new 6112s, so I went with stage 3 in back vs the original plan of the middle weight option. Glad I went big in the back so it can handle weight on the trails.

 

No issues and have 80,000 on truck total. With this lift and set up I have 64,000 on it 16,000 was stock.

 

Damn... you drive a lot. I have a 2016 and just hitting 80k and I thought that was a lot of miles. I've had a 3" suspension lift since 10k miles and no major issues to date.

 

I’m actually running the same ko2 for 66000 and and just replace front brakes, along with the sparkle plugs and trans fluid for the first time. That pretty much all I have done besides tire rotations and oil changes

 

That's a lot of miles on the KO2s. I had them for about 20k miles and they got super loud/noisy, even though they had lots of tread left so I sold them and bought new. I replaced them with ST Maxx. Both are great tires. I did my brakes at about 60k and did my trans & diff fluids at 40k. My plugs were replace according to the recommended schedule (can't remember what mileage).

 

Funny the noise doesn’t really bother me but, I think it’s because it sounds like the door is always open or the window. There really is no sound deadening

Measure the diameter of the wheel from lip to lip. Divide this by 2.

Measure the bottom of the wheel to fender.

Subtract the previous number from the wheel to fender number and this will give you a centre of hub to fender measurement.

 

Had to readjust suspension today after I installed a plate bumper and winch a few weeks ago.

24 1/8 both sides front
25 1/4 both sides rear

Kings with 650# coils, stock leaf pack plus Icon 3 leaf, 1/2” shim to replace overloads, and Firestone airbags

Wife pulled 4Runner in the garage right after I finished so I couldn’t get a decent picture from the side.
