    Hey all,

I have a brand new (650miles) truck and the passenger wiper blade does not hit the center of the windshield.
It’s kinda like one of those art pieces with the huge gaudy frame except the art is untouched water droplets.

For reference I do live in a winter climate (which I’m new to) but I have checked for ice/ debris on the wiper and windshield . Not sure where to go from here.

Anyone have this problem, or even better, a solution?

A trip to the dealer for a new wiper and blade.
It’s a 2023 truck, let them figure it out.

Welcome to the forum. I’ve always adjusted my wipers by bending the arm to improve contact. If they skip I use a crescent wrench to put a slight twist in the arm.

what part of AK? Kendall of Fairbanks has like a 4 month wait just to get in, not including wait time for whatever parts they need.

I have the same issue on my 2023. I don't think that it was happening when the temperature was above 35 or 40 degrees. Anyway, I slid the blade out, bent the flexors to force better contact, and put it back together. Its working fine for now. I may end up buying a new wiper. I also don't live close to a dealer, so picking up a wiper at the local Napa will probably cost the same as it would cost me in gas to make a round trip to the dealer.

Yep the stock wipers freeze and don't flex to conform to the window. Every morning I would limber them up. Then finally replaced them and it's no longer an issue.

Mine do the same thing occasionally, also in a winter climate. Usually just takes a quick flexing of the outer sections of the blade arm the next time I'm stopped to free them up so they make contact in the middle. Kind of annoying when you discover it while driving, especially on the drivers side after spraying your windshield with washer fluid.

    Stock blades suck.

    Try these….

….save the stockers for next summer.
