Why steal it when it could be given to you? Or bought?

As long as it’s only TikToc stealing the information, we have nothing to worry about. ;)

Porter's vet finally dropped its universal mask mandate a while ago; I was in there a couple weeks ago to pick up his heartworm medicine, and it was awesome! Literally the last time I was actually inside the vet's office was in March 2020, less than a week before the COVID lockdowns started, when my parents and I took him for his very first checkup right after adopting him.

Up until not very long ago, only one family member at a time was allowed in with the pet unless the pet was being euthanized, and everybody had to wear a goddamn mask regardless of vaccination status. In the earliest days of the pandemic, you had to wait in your car during the appointment unless the pet was being put to sleep. If you were picking up medication, you had to call the front desk from your vehicle and they would bring it out to you; I did this numerous times.

As of this post, the only place I go to that requires masks regardless of vaccination status is my therapist's office. However, the last few times I've been there, a lot of patients haven't been wearing masks in the waiting room, and I haven't been either. For months I had to see my therapist via FaceTime due to the pandemic, but once we went back to in-person sessions, I've never had to wear a mask in his private office because I'm fully vaccinated.

For those of you just tuning in, I have a high-functioning form of autism called Aspergers Syndrome, and because of sensory issues I cannot wear a mask for extended periods of time; I do not mind wearing a 3M respirator with dual cartridges at work because (A) the cartridges have plenty of flow and my breath doesn't get forced back onto my face, (B) the rubber face piece forms a decent seal and my glasses don't fog up, and (C) I'm a Star Wars fan and it's fun pretending to be Darth Vader while on the clock...

That's good news that they dropped that requirement.

mission accomplished. Kids these days can’t walk half a city block with toking, snapping, tweeting, or tweaking. This world has gone to hell.

    Understandable

I don’t know what the Chinese are using for?

But there is good information on there.
Met a few guys on there like this forum.
Contrary to belief, it’s not just for me kids.

I follow mostly Automotive Techs, Loggers, arborist, and Home DIY people.

Nothing against you or the others.
But you need thick skin and the ability to ignore other peoples opinions, if you do plan to ever venture on there for a gander.

I’m not promoting TikTok, but I’m not afraid of it either.

Hell, my mother was married to a guy in the military. Not even they “the US military” can keep breaches of personal information from happening. Her and her husband both got letters stating a breach of security had occurred and their personal information had been exposed.

While it was nice of her to get you a shirt.

Tell her sorry. Sorry she had to go to Nashville.

If she got that shirt in Nashville, you owe her a big thanks.

    Nashville= Avoid at all cost.

The layout of the city is total crap.
    Traffic is horrible.
    Over priced.

And it’s a poor representation of the state as a whole.

I won’t even mention the political side of it. It’s taken a shift if you get my drift?
We will stop there before the ban hammer smacks us.

    You probably were.

If it told you the people that lived in Nashville 15-20 years ago don’t like the “New Nashville”, would you believe me?

    I never liked Nashville. Ever.
But now, I don’t even want to visit family there.

    I suppose.
I try to stay out of big cities.

But I will admit. I didn’t dislike New York.
I wouldn’t live there. But Long Island was enjoyable for the few days I was there.

    I wasn’t driving.
And I was in a big rig.
My father is an OTR driver. I took a road trip with him.

We got stuck there for 2 days.

For the situation we were in, it turned out great.
Some of the best food I have ever eaten was in NYC.
