    None.
I found a killer Italian deli and ate there most of the days.
Plus, the owner was nice and let me “hang out” for a few hours each day.

I found out from Helen that Joel had an altercation at the local Starbucks that ended with him going to state prison...

Wasn’t he the alcoholic you had a problem with over watering flowers or something?

Yup, but not with watering flowers. He almost lost a few teeth he snuck up behind me in Helen's driveway while I was getting out of the truck. He was a bit inebriated and had approached me to ask about watering the flowers; Helen and I are both amazed that this guy hasn't been shot or stabbed because he snuck up on the wrong person. He is very nice when he's sober, but he's very rarely sober.

Apparently, he was listening to his music too loud inside the Starbucks, which is less than a mile from Helen's house for point of reference. The manager asked him to turn down his music, and he flipped out. The police were called, and it ended with him getting arrested; Helen is not sure what the charges are. However, Joel is a convicted felon many times over, and is so universally loathed by the local cops that they go out of their way to charge him with something whenever they have an encounter with him.

Hopefully, he'll be gone for a while this time.

I previously share this old print ad with @shakerhood via text this morning; I found it on Facebook, and it is actually from a dealer in Ontario that is under new ownership. One thing I could not help but notice is that A/C is not listed among the options for the featured 1988 Mustang LX, and $13K (US or Canadian) seems a bit cheap for a V8 Mustang in 1988; I'm guessing that his car had crank windows, a basic AM/FM stereo, and no A/C. Basically, it's a true muscle car!

Have you ever seen a 1987-1993 Mustang V8 of any body type without A/C? I know that I saw a 4-cylinder one on Ebay years ago with no A/C...

I am not sure, usually hadn't paid attention for that, but will start to look when I come across them at the car shows.

I've seen plenty that had A/C but have it ripped out, and I've seen a lot V8 four-eyes with no A/C...

Right, I definitely can see the early 4 eyes not having it as standard equipment. I have the original 1992 Brochure around here somewhere, will have to look and see if it was part of an option package.

    @PennSilverTaco 1992 Ford Mustang Options (mustangspecs.com)
You had my curiosity going so l did a search to see what my car went for new, following this list came up with $19,419 before any Dealer add on's. Not sure if there were any option packages that would have included several options bunched for a lower price or if everything was strictly individual.

Not sure what the new pricing comparison was, but note this one is the notchback (trunk) versus the more popular hatchback.

My suspicion is you are right re it being a more bare bones.

But the coupe handles batter than the hatchback?

Most likely, they were always first choice for the drag strip because of being lighter and better rigidity. Guessing that would also improve handling in road racing, but l always remember the hatch's being dominant in that role.

Does the GT have any different suspension than the LX? I would love a notchback with 1993 Cobra brakes and suspension!

That's a good question, not sure if the LX V8 had different springs, but the all have 4 shocks in the rear. Cobra brakes are an amazing upgrade, one of the best mods l have ever done to it.

@PennSilverTaco Do you ever see any Mitsubishi Conquests at the shows, don't think I have seen one anywhere in a good 20 years.

You mean a Mitsubishi Starion? The Chrysler version is the Conquest, and yes I do see a surprising number of them at shows...
