Well I let someone else clean the inside of my truck. When they put the headrest back on, they put it on backwards. Now I can't get the headrest out to turn it around. I can't even adjust the height of it. Is there a release to be able to remove it? Any suggestions on how to turn this around?

There's a little push button at the base, feel around for it with your finger. Push the button and rock it around as you pull up

It doesn't budge at all even when pushing the button.

Yea I gotcha.. I think the curve of the metal post might be jamming it up. Sorry man, you'll probably have to force it out of there.

Would tilting the seat forward help at all?

Even with the seat tilted forward, nothing. Was seeing maybe if there is a way to take the plastic off of the seat back. Then I could maybe push up the head rest from the bottom?
