B-ham area dealerships

Live over in north Georgia but kids are in Birmingham, 2 working, 1 going to school. Anyone have any experience with Toyota of Hoover for service. Sons 2012 AC has the recall for the air injection pumps/air switching valves. Today he got a check engine light/car wouldn’t go over 20mph. Code is 2442, which is this issue. Was supposed to get fixed over but never did.

I live in bham and use Limbaugh for most of my parts. I have a 1st gen so I mostly do my own work so I cant speak to their maintenance department. But a childhood friend of mine works in parts and I trust him

 

Thanks. Went with Limbaugh. Tried Hoover and never heard a thing back from a service adviser after 4 calls. Called Limbaugh and talked with an adviser right away, truck was in that afternoon, fixed by the next day. I do most of my own work too but being north of Atlanta sorta difficult to work on his. Plus, it was a recall issue so it was fixed for free.
