Driving home today I passed a sedan from TX that should've been in your shop...it didn't stand a chance against the hailstorm it faced...honestly I thought they might have copied the golf ball divit mpg hack Myth Busters (o.g. version) did years ago.

Due to craziness and a$$hole driver's no photographic evidence exists

I’ve spent a fair amount of time in Texas fixing hail. It’s either a trillion dents or looks like a cannon fired shots on the car punching grape fruit sized holes in sunroof and windshield.

 

So it looks like the Silverado was just a shitty part. Bought a GM cam position sensor for twice the price and it starts on the first turn so far. The other sensor was from AutoZone if I remember right. It certainly wasn't some Chinazon knock-off. Most of the time I'll go with a good aftermarket brand before OEM, but it just goes to show that sometimes the better part can be had at the dealer.

Now to deal with this leak. But first some not-paper speakers in the Matrix. Jamming in traffic is important.

Kind of ironic because something happened at work that may cut my commute I'm half.

I don't think so. A dude on my team is retiring next week. He was permanently at Springfield. I'm hoping they'll want to maintain a person there. Either way, I'll have at least one day there a week.
