CMC is not going to do anything for your tires rubbing the fender liner at the bumper. What wheel width, offset are you running? That will have more to do with that rub.

What does your alignment look like?

From the picture you posted, it looks like you are rubbing the fender liner at the bumper. I'm betting the caster is too far forward. A good alignment shop should be able to get it back to or close to where it should be. And that should help.

Just unbolt the inner fender from below, pull it forward, then rebolt the screws into the virgin plastic to hold it in place.

if its rubbing, it will have rub marks on where its rubbing. use your eyes to find those markings. check surface of the whole wheel well, and suspension components like the upper control arm.

Pinch weld done with the CMC? Offset allowing new tires to touch the UCA?

Did you flatten the punch weld? Looks like all the inner fender plastic is still in place- the pinch weld is under that and could be the cause.
If you're having a hard time seeing what is rubbing, get some chalk (the stuff climbers use works best) and cover the inside of your wheel well. That'll make it show up.

I haven’t done an alignment but the guy that did my CMC says that it has to do with my pre load on my level kit?

Take off your coilovers and jack up your hubs one side at a time with the tire on. Cycle lock to lock. You'll find your rub

Grab a heat gun and start melting to the point where you can mold the fender liner in towards the the bumper away from the tire…especially towards the bottom section in the direction of the fog light.

I would also recommend jacking up the truck so you can cycle the tire in every direction to find out exactly what’s going on. Don’t forget to do it on each side.

If the tire is on an uncompressed suspension how will he know if its clear after the work is done?

Because the closest point for contact will be when the wheel is fully stuffed. If it’s clear when stuffed/turning it’ll be clear at any other point.

OP you’re talking about cmc/pinch weld but showing the front plastics. Get it aligned push the caster as high as you can, take the bolts out of the front plastics and slide the inner fender forward. Drill new holes and trim the plastic from the bumper that’s now protruding into the fender well.

Spray some marker paint on the suspect areas and drive around, over some curbs, etc. Paint will come off where tire is rubbing, and can be washed away with a hose

Do an inner fender mod by your bumper. Or you can just trim too, but the inner fender mod allows it to be pushed forward and still retains a factory look.

Did some some digging and found the where it’s touching. It’s when I turn the wheel and hit a bump.

what’s the solution for this? Alignment?
