going to cnc early next week per Kelford. Please dm me all your emails so I can send requests for the deposits. Only have three of your emails. As for shipping, right now I have paid for basically one consignment. Do you guys want to direct ship from Kelford or have me ship from NC, USA? I really don’t know which is cheaper. If you ship from Kelford there will be a freight difference to pay. If you ship from me, there will also be shipping so not sure which will be greater. Let me know your thoughts.



not sure how to get deposits and such as I don’t want to come off 7k unless I absolutely have to. Not making a dime off this, just wanting to help the community. I have a 2021 loaded ram, a 69 boss 9, turbo 4Runner, 70 Mach 1 and a few others but in brutal honesty my 05 taco is my favorite. It was my pops and won’t go anywhere like the others if a good enough offer comes by. I don’t know what shipping costs will be, I assume it will be based on the weight once we determine exactly how many sets are floating over. Then we’ll need to figure once stateside to each of you. Never spearheaded a group buy, so if you have any suggestions, send them to me.

prices: 3-5 sets 960, 5+sets 840 per set. I don’t have an idea for shipping yet.

You're running kelfords on your turbo 1GR right? I could be interested if this isnt limited to supercharged profile cams.

 

That is correct. I would order a less aggressive profile though. As in less lift. As that requires clearancing the head for the lobes to rotate. Creates a big mess.

 

There may be the ability for the buy to maybe do two profiles. I can check with Kelford

 

Any idea what the most lift we could run without needing to clearance the head more?

Updates? The Kelford rep got back to me yesterday and can do a couple profiles. Just trying to get an accurate number of people before I just order mine. Figure we could all save shipping

 

So I'm still half interested. I'm Canadian so I don't know if he'll waive full shipping, which is about $152 usd. That might be similar to you US peeps since Kelford is based in New Zealand.

Would there be any discount on the parts at all, especially if springs are purchased as well?

Anyone interested? Pulled names from the previous group buy round 2 that never achieved lift off.

 

I saw this but unsure.I saw feedback that cams plus cam gears had less outplut.

Anyone have any metrics on gains with the Cam? Been tracking @White lightning boosted truck that likley has been botched due to his Cam install (likely install error but none the less)

I got good numbers with the cams installed. Have the retard gears on them as well. +50wtq on dyno after, decent high end too. Although I did replace headers, exhaust at the same time so there are other factors in there.
