Andy Reid or Sean Payton. Who would you take?

 

I won't be gloating if Mahomes doesn't do well on Sunday...but I suspect his injury will affect his play.

He got taped up and juiced in the area for pain (just my guess about the juice) and it may have caused more injury in the healing process.

Who knows.

I expect dramatic games on Sunday...and I hope I'm not disappointed. (Selfish, I know but it's just an opinion)

Bengals & Niners in SB LVII is my prediction--that would be the 3rd time they met in SuperBowls. (No Joe Montana this time)

I saw some inexperience in Purdy...I give the edge to Joe Cool...the new Joe. lol

No, Joe Burrow. Purdy has just a bit left to accomplish to earn that comparison. I’ll let him make his own stamp but it certainly feels like playing with house money and he reacts a lot faster than anyone with his experience has a right to. Pressure is unavoidable and it seems he takes some time to get settled but so far the trend has been in the right direction over the course of each game rather than getting more rattled toward the end. Some qb’s start great and fold in the 4th. Winning this next game would be a first in NFL history but somebody’s going to do it. He’s been clean but also lucky. The great ones have been able to recover from mistakes or bad luck.

 

I think burrow is good, but he’s getting a lot of love for a guy with 5 td’s in 4 postseason games last year. Whatever people want to say about Purdy against Dallas, he let his defense win the game and made fewer mistakes than the opposing quarterback, that’s the same thing burrow did against the titans in the playoffs last year. It’s a team sport. I think the best 4 teams are still standing. And should be great matchups assuming mahomes isn’t too hobbled.

 

Correct. The only goal is a SB victory. Lose the SB what’s the accomplishment…nothing.

Calling Bengals over chiefs. I think Mahomes is gonna be slow and the Bengals D are gonna get to him close and often.

Super Bowls are the ultimate definition of success but it’s lack of playoff appearances that is the ultimate failure. Everywhere in between is where the better half of the league resides. Lumping Reid in with those that don’t even get that far when he’s top ten in post season wins is just sour grapes.

NE losing to the Giants was BIG! That game had its DRAMATICS as well.

Sadly, those coaches mentioned never won a SB...even though their Teams were great contenders.

Payton should never be allowed to coach again.

 

Peyton’s scandal of paying for players who injure the opposing players should have been the end of his tenure in the NFL

not saying he ain’t an amazing coach.. but that’s one piece that I couldn’t get over. Now, the early speculation for Dallas made sense cause we love criminals.. but I certainly wouldn’t have been excited about it

give me a losing team (yes we have perfected it) over a guy who intentionally injures other players and compensates for it

I’d never get between Andy and ribs. That’s a good way to lose an arm.

 

Yeah, I shudder to think what the scene might have been if Darrel Hamlin had been one such targeted player and not pulled through. There’s just no place for even considering that policy. Let him be a great tv analyst and leave it at that. Players screw up in their personal lives and are held more accountable than that conspiracy to commit assault.
