With the rear link suspension there's going to be lots of aftermarket stuff for this Gen.

If that rendering/video is pretty close to what the 4th gen tacoma is going go look like, it looks like the grill will be getting smaller, not larger.

Also, I'm not a big fan of those lights on the bottom, they seem kinda cheap..are they supposed to be fog lights? It looks like they wouldn't be as bright as the current fog lights on 3rd gens. Hopefully they have tow hooks as well. As always, thanks for the information you give us!

Did see a picture from above and looks a little wider on the fender area. Again, the truck looks clean and has a good look to it. When it comes to the electronics, it is what it is, it’s the nature of the beast. There was a time when seatbelts where seem as something idiotic, or when automatic transmission was considered trash; you gotta start by something. That includes every single item on our vehicles. Good thing we have is the freedom of choice. Cheer's guys!

Great analysis my dude. I feel somewhat sad for the Nissan followers for sure.

Yeah, I was looking for N/A engine mid/small trucks.
Only saw the Honda Ridge and the Doge Dakota. The Frontier is schedule to get a turbo from what I understand by the time I'll be ready to buy

I have hoped all along that the 4th Gen would look close to the EV from 2021 If things go according to plan, I will replace my 2017 in 2026 or 2027. I just hope the price isn’t completely ridiculous and the turbo hybrid engine is good. We shall see. Perhaps Toyota will now give us a few teasers, too!

Dont buy a 24 if those issues worry you. I have a 23 Tundra with none of those issues reported by some 22 owners. Guessing the Taco will have the same growing pains for the first year.

They appear to be LEDs like the Tundra and other modern vehicles have. In which case, they'll be far more effective than the current 3rd gen fogs.

If it looks like the EV, the truck will be badass. I hope the electronics aren’t over the top like the Tundras. Unlike a lot of people, I hope the 2.7 is still an option so when I get one a few years down the road I can get a bulletproof engine.

Regardless of what people say on here , if they are changing to a 10 spd transmission I doubt you see the old engines

Y'all carrying on about built in TV's and suspect QC issues, and I'm over here pissed about this....
    taco window.jpg

That whole window better roll down if you are taking my full slider Toyota. If I want a tiny tot baby slot, I'll buy a Ford.

Ok, not really, but why mess with this?

Looks wise it's ok and I don't mind the Tundra influences it has.

It's to keep the water from leaking in through the crappy gasket on your third brake light. Taco will come with a built in umbrella.
