    I was looking for the hook up to run a diagnostics scan and this fell out from underneath the steering wheel where the diagnostics plug in is located anybody know what it is and where it goes I can't seem to find where it came from to put it back

    Remains to be seen I bought the tires and wheels the rest came along
    The picture is so blurred hard to tell .

    As a guess a cover for a connector.

    Any electrical devices not working?
