Spent the afternoon making new drawer face plates and re-carpeting the bed box that I got from @Northbound_Taco

I ordered a couple 2"x60" HDPE strips to place along the bottom of the platform to prevent the wood from getting wet, since my softopper isn't completely water tight, and I still need to carpet the inside of the drawers.

    Before and after

Was able to remove OEM fogs from the top and install the BD fogs I had on my 5th gen but removed prior to sale because the new buyer didn't need them.

I woke up with a stiff neck and wasn't able to drive to work today, so I decided to try and tackle this.

(I think I need to loosen the screw and reposition the lights so that that bezel is flush with the bumper)

No real pictures but did the H9 lowbeam swap finally. Huge improvement over the Amazon LEDs I've been running. Lost the cool white color for the headlights but after facing reality, I'd rather the improved ability to see at night!

Ya me too, I don't like the clear at all. But also want OEM or comparable quality and appearance... no Alpharex style or whatever they are. Really have not gone searching yet. I will probably end up with the base red style as they seem more reasonable and look good to me... guess I am old school. I am amazed how much people will spend on fancy tail lights!

i had HID which help maintaining the intensity of the normal h11 but looks white and is brighter. had to replace the HID kit for a mid-high end LED since the HID started to have problem turning on. i might say if you get a good LED kit like the Hikari 2023 it would be as brighter with the same throw as the stocks.

Can you elaborate on the Tacoma lean? I've heard of this, but not sure the details. Recently I noticed my Tacoma has a "lean" on the driver's side. Thanks for any input

Caused by the driver and fuel tank weight.

Yea its from all the weight on the side left from the gas tank, battery, driver etc all being on the left side.
