Yikes . They just saw some small cysts on my kidneys during a Cat scan . My primary Dr said no big deal ,kinda normal for some people my age . They will do another scan in 6 months to a year .:notsure: I do get some pain occasionally in the kidney area ,not sure why .

Hi crew. Know what day it is?

Oh jeesh. Toe been hanging in there ok. Took a few days off last week and took care of yearly medical and vision checks. Monday my regular day off and took wife to medical center for flu symptoms but no flu and no virus. She had lung biopsy #3 scheduled for yesterday but about the time for us to leave for that she canceled and back worship porcelain God.
My mother passed away early Monday morning got the call. Been kind of hectic but so far at least my own health is holding up ok.
Mentally of course sad my mom passed but at the same time somehow relieved because she was in poor health.
Hope to get back on the upswing and more positive vibes in my life.
Happy Hump Day all. Stay safe.

Yes. Mom went down hill fast after her heart attack little over a year ago. She never came right out and said it but in round about way said she was ready. Frustrated with poor vision and unable to keep her hygiene acceptable.

Been forever since I ate Spam...hmm Vaseline with salt?? I don't remember it being quite that bad:rofl:

I bet it would taste gourmet something if you hadn't much to eat for a couple of days.
Makes me want to go buy a can to refresh my memory :)

I felt the same way when my mom died.

Good luck to everyone dealing with their own or loved ones medical stuff. Life can be cruel at times but accepting what you need to go through can go a long ways.

In any case, good morning everyone :hattip:

I hope you have a good Wednesday.

Sorry to hear, condolences. My mom passed many years ago from cancer, it was quick so that was also a good thing.

Kidney stones are awful, I've had 3 or 4. My dad has them as well, years ago he had to get an ambulance ride he had one so bad.

The kid has his quarterly appointment this morning.

If it goes well, we should be done by 11 and have them back to school by noon.

If it goes like it did last time, we'll be leaving the doctor's office at 2:30 and skip the last hour of school.

Regardless of how it goes, I'm thinking today might be a good day to skip out of an afternoon at work.

17 years ago we went to Maui to get married. The big breakfast at McDonald's was spam and hash browns.

When I was very young I liked to watch the Don Ho Show and wanted to go to Hawaii.
I have couple of friends who visit occasionally and a coworker that does too and say it's beautiful place to visit.
I think the airplane ride would be brutal now. Age thing, makes my back and legs cramped to think about it.

I love that you let your kids play with these instead of leaving them as decorations!
