    Good Morning Folks :hattip:

Snow in the forecast for later. 1-2 inches.

Back when eggs were $.99 a dozen we had chickens. We sold eggs for $1.50 for white eggs and $2.00 a dozen for brown eggs.
Around here in the stores, around $5.00 now.

I never have had a problem with my SCS wheels. Whenever someone else removes the tires I always loosen them up, hand tighten and torque. I never use any power tools on them.

Morning all! Overcast and threat of a little rain. Looks like the major path is north of us. And btw, eggs..... t's not a Must Have or Unaffordable. Supply and demand. We think so wrong....not preaching, but I'm so tired of the shoot every bullet, eat every bean or we won't get the same amount next year mentality. It is being treated like you as a commanding officer/CEO/Manager, can't manage a budget that's best for your own company/team.
Best line I heard yesterday from MT......"but he's team mustard" I almost spit my coffee out this am. thank you! I honestly like Ketchup equally, but like to mix it up since I use that for my fries!!

I had to go up to Goodlettsville to pick up my chickens last week. It took me an hour to get there at lunchtime, and two hours to get back at the beginning of rush hours.:annoyed:

Good morning or afternoon everybody. Happy hump day!

The storms pushed through here last night with a vengeance. Super heavy rain, 25-35 mph winds, gusts to around 50. It woke me and the dog up, wife just kept snoring lol.

I personally don't buy into the 'supply and demand' BS that the media keeps jamming down our throats... jacking up the prices on any commodity ( food, lumber, automobiles, paper products, fuel ect..) doesn't put anymore of that item into the supply chain and onto the shelves at the stores, it just puts more profit into a manufacturers pocket.

Lunchtime post. It's snowing at work, it will be turning into a heavy rain by the time I escape this place today. I hope that everyone stays safe during your travels in the weather.

Good afternoon everyone! I sorta missed the morning I didn’t sleep last night so I made up for it this morning. I’m a little under the weather today and it’s raining and nasty here so I may as well sleep away this afternoon as well.

Saying around here is "I wasn't born in Texas, but I got here as fast as I could."

I will neither confirm nor deny belief in that statement. ;)

I've been to and through Texas a few times, but my main experience was for Basic training. So if I don't come running back any time soon, please don't hold it against me...

A couple weeks ago I found a killer deal on Amazon for a 49" ultra wide screen LG computer monitor. I had been keeping my eyes open for similar monitors at a good price point, and when I found this deal, I jumped on it. It was supposed to have been delivered on January 18th. By the 20th, it still hadn't shown up, and the FedEx tracking number just said "Exception: package at Independence, KY facility" and no other info as to WTF..... I called FedEx on the 21st, they looked fo rit, said they couldn't find any more info and opened a Package Tracking Case for me. Today is the 25th. Still nothing. I just called FedEx again. They looked at my package tracking case number.... "We are unable to locate the package at our facility." :frusty::frusty::frusty::frusty::frusty:

They asked about how large the box is, I gave them some estimated measurements based on how large the monitor is. Don't know that will be of any help to them finding it, but can't hurt I guess.

Next I am going to call Amazon and ask what I can do about getting a replacement if FedEx can't find it.

This is a $1,000 fcuking deal here... I am not happy :argue:

I had a deal where UPS lost a package last month from Amazon. Amazon sent me a note that I could request a refund after a certain date. I think it was about a week after it was missing. I don't remember if a replacement was an option. It probably depends on if the seller has more of the item to replace it with. In my case, I had already ordered a different item for a replacement, so I just took the refund.
