I still haven't got the vid

 

God that's real. Over a year later and i still don't have the physical energy i had before

 

when I was 18 I started taking creatine on the bad advice of our high school weightlifting coach, shit made me look like muscly Stay Puft. Bloats you like crazy lol. Was probably taking too much though, I know they put small amounts in pre-workouts for the energy/circulation boost.

 

I have the energy back but I'm still dealing with cardiac issues. Super fun bonus. Been 7 months.

 

Wow, memories. That was really popular when I was a freshman. I feel like I heard about it constantly for like half the year then it just faded out.

 

yeah in higher doses it causes your muscles to retain water so they appear bigger but you're not really gaining anything. Made it real popular for the high school crowd

 

it's supposed to increase your muscle recovery rate by retaining water for them but yeah it never did much for me aside from just being bloated and thirsty

 

This was my first time with Covid. Figured I’d never get it.

Might be the end of competitive running for me. I already had enough stomach/digestive issues, so perpetual exhaustion or heart issues on top would be my limit. We’ll see over the next few weeks/months.

 

that sucks though, sorry to hear. The long term covid effects are what freak me out the most about the whole ordeal.

i got to visit with this dude about drones. The drone is flying autonomously and following the beacon that he is holding out of the driver side window. Its doing a good job of flying around the power lines.

I don't think a drone battery would really last long enough to make that worthwhile, better to strap a GoPro on him and let him loose

 

Depends on the day, but you're probably right.

gotta get one of the newer GoPros with the stability shit

 

one of those super wide angle ones that hikers like to use that automatically edits out the mounting piece would be a cool vid
