savage some spots in CA have them in stock often. I want to get a set for th weight saving and bead lock them. 22lb bead locks would be rad but damn the cost. CAMs, Port S/C, Exhaust work or Wheels =p

 

Showstoppers. They usually have a good inventory…..

 

I've been liking my 21lb FN Countersteer Type X in 17x8"… They aren't forged though. I'm not sure if I have noticed dropping 8.2lbs per wheel from the forged TRD RockWarriors.

 

I would encourage to get the real wheels. But not my truck so you do you.

 

yah I was considering the FN or SCS F5 to drop another 4/5 lbs from current setup. TE would drop it 8-9lbs or with bead lock it would be forged and beadlock for almost the same 22lbs. Cost wise is the block to entry and how much I would notice it. FN seems to have a nice entry point i like. Good coice.

Throwing TRD forged 22's on the Tundra! Not sure the weight difference from the stock 20" currently on

I had 3 sets of SCS wheels. I sold each one for the next set. I then went to the Advans. Then lastly to my Rays. Loved them all. Only kept switching to change things up. I do miss my gold SCS Ray 10’s tho. I’ve debated selling my Rays for another set.

 

I was shopping by price and weight savings. I don't hit my wheels very hard with the few trips a year I actually and truly go off road. I have a matching full-size matching spare in case I ruin a wheel.

I spend my pre-kid money on other things like bicycles and outdoor related gear

 

yah I have had the orgional ray10s and now have the flow form wider ray10s. But now with LT and all i want to go narrower again. Debated going back to the -12 ray10s but if I can get lighter and stronger wheels why not.
