It might be most cost effective because of the world wide regulations against V8s. Meaning, V8s can only really be sold in America.

The purpose of TNGA is to unify all their models to spread costs across all lines.

    You probably have a point.

In the absence of carbon restrictions though, I don’t see how a V8 would cost more.

You seem shocked already, imagine if I showed you a receipt.

But you can research yourself. Price a six vs an eight vs a four car prices from the past and do the simple math. It's not complicated.

I thought the new Tundra had the HVAC controls through physical buttons?

You would have to look at the screen (and take eyes off the road) to adjust HVAC instead of turning knobs and pressing buttons by touch.

Depending on the UI implementation, icons can be too small to press while moving. If you have navigation or music playing, it may require switching apps to get at the HVAC controls, etc.

Because y'all never shut the fuck up about it.

We're not defensive, we just don't care. M/T guys do though. Don't believe me? Go look in the new member thread and see how many A/T owners ask about the tranny vs. M/T guys.

    Huh?
Again, we don't care. Your hypocrisy is what we are commenting on. You posting proves my point.

You asked a question. It was answered. Not sure how that proves your point, but go on with your righteous self.

HAHA. I don’t see anybody putting “AT” in their signature. Why? Because we don’t care. We don’t need to prove to the masses that we know how to change gears and are superior human beings. :D

Asking a question, then getting a reply isn't the "gotcha" moment you are making it out be homie.
