Looks like low effort photoshop attempts to blend the current Taco with the current Tundra. I don't buy it.

It's reported as a design patent filing in Brazil... which is interesting on its own. I wasn't aware the Tacoma is sold in Brazil, with their neighbors in Argentina cranking out Hiluxes.

 

On pc, can try top right You -> Personal Details...
If not, not sure what's going on there.

A quick look over at https://www.toyota.com.br shows the Tacoma not being offered there. (The SW4 is the Fortuner, SUV on the Hilux platform.)

 

That's basically the Electric truck concept with the blocked out grille opened up. Pretty sure that was an EV Hilux design.
