How small/detailed do these tables/setups get? Just out of curiosity..say you need something like 14GA, little less than 3/4" wide piece with two 1/2" holes in it...

Really comes down to the end user as you need to really dial in values appropriately and set your leads in/outs and more.

CNC plasma even at this small scale can get precise, but like welding, requires experience to learn proper cut speeds, current, as well as what I mentioned above.

Those things are cool. Manufacturers need to bring back more short wheelbase stuff.

Ah gotcha, I was just wondering.
I have stuff being prepped to send to SendCutSend, but wondered what could be achieved on a home machine. I love that you can do this stuff in a garage.

As shitty as a car manufactured by Chevrolet with a Suzuki engine and MSRP'd for $16k can be, I think the Tracker is my favorite car I own...so versatile

I thought about using them over a year and a half ago or so.

Then I thought to myself "I wanna do that"

They're going to have all their shit dialed in to a T such as all the needed values, cut speeds, etc for every piece of metal they own.

They got consumable costs figured out, electricity, everything.

I'd be curious to know the dimensions of your product once you receive it (as close as possible) as well as your cost excluding shipping. You can just PM me versus posting here.

This will just help me gauge something for my own curiosity.

I'll never really cut 1/4" but I want to really dial in my costs for cutting 1/8" to 3/16" but it's probably around .25/inch. That's before any CAD work such as clean-up and whatnot.

Separate rate for drawing/design if required but will be a flat rate as I can't charge hourly if I'm slow and still learning.

    Anyway, I digress.

    What's that piece for?

Suzuki Samurai has always been on my list of wants

Tracker could be the cheaper daily driver version of it
