Anybody have part numbers or sizes for rear shock bolts?

So I just ordered the full OME setup for my 03, and it can't come soon enough. After taking a close look at the stock components, I noticed that the upper bolt on my rear passenger shock is missing, leaving that side supported by the springs only.

I'm not sure how long it's been out, but the ride doesn't seem noticeably worse on normal roads. Is it ok to drive around on for a week or so until the lift kit comes, since the rear shocks are just for damping?

It doesn't look like the kit from Headstrong comes with new bolts for anything, does anyone know where to find the OEM part numbers or equivalent sizes to replace all of the rear leaf & shock bolts? Should I reuse any of the stock ones?

Also, while I have everything apart, should I replace anything else in the front or rear? In addition to what comes in the Headstrong kit (882 coils, nitrochargers, dakars, u bolts, trim packer, bpv bracket, exhaust bracket, spring side bushings) I ordered the following:

-HS extended stainless rear brake line
-Wheeler's shackle to frame poly bushing set (gonna stick with the stock shackles until I see how she settles)

Thanks in advance, just want to cover all my bases for install day

I'd get a bolt in there and not run with the shock just bonking around. As it is, when the wheel is pushed up, the shock will be too - right into your bed. Alternatively, if you don't mind the "bounciness", I think it'd be better to remove the shock entirely - at least you'll save the bottom of your bed.

There's no part number for that bolt in the diagram, but a call to the dealer ought to get you one pretty quickly. An auto parts store will have a selection of Grade 8 bolts as well, and I found one that fit at O'Reilly a few months ago (don't remember the size). On my 2000, it's the same as the bolt (and washer) on the bottom mount - so if you remove that one, you can take it in and match it.

#31 is the bolt for the leaf spring (it fits through 23, into 28)

Thanks turbodb, good to know that the shocks use the same size on both top and bottom mounts. Might as well grab 4 new sets of bolts & washers. It mush have fallen out not too long ago, there's barely a scuff on the underside of the bed, and my way to work is loaded with speed bumps.

Do people usually buy new eye bolts for new leaf packs?

I know this was a month ago now but for anyone else looking for this info like I was this morning... For a 1996 2.7 4WD all four of the bolts for the rear shock mounts are an M12 x 20 x 1.25 size.

    Cheers!

Remains to be seen I bought the tires and wheels the rest came along
I think M10x1.25 it is a really short bolt . maybe only 20/25 mm

Very easy to bottom out .
