No it's a cheapo ebay snorkle and I added the TRD badge. I compared it to a Dobinson's snorkle and they are almost identical for half the price.

Nice, I really though it was the ARB. I got a shipping quote from Dobinson for their snorkle and just the shipping was more than half the price of the unit.

I paid $160 for this one with free shipping and it comes with better templates.

I might consider going the ebay way. How did you made the connection between the snorkle and the intake? did it come with the snorkle or you had to fab something?

I've also got the Ebay snorkel, it comes with everything you need to connect it to the intake.

To connect to the factory intake is straight forward but I have an Afe box which I had to modify to fit the snorkel hose

After my experience installing the Dobinsons one, that's not saying a whole lot.

    I have this box

I had to cut off this part ^^^^^^^ and glued in a round toilet flange from the inside to adapt to the snorkel hose.

nice ive the same intake, think you could have gotten a hose craned down on the smaller hole? or is it a 100% need to open up that intake port?

Problem is that the hose is round coming the snorkel and the intake of the box is square. You can try and cut down the square part get a hose clamp on there but the seal is not 100% and can slip off

Very nice fab work. You'd better be careful, you'll end up in business selling those to everyone here!
