    A little of both. I was in the intersection when the light was yellow. The light changed to red and I turned. He blew the light and nailed me. Yeah, that video is of me. That guy's dash cam saved my butt!

    Thats good..somebody rear ended my wife about 9 months ago and didnt have any..
    it was almost 8k ,there still trying to get money from her ,that they will probably never get..even though it sux the most important thing is your ok
