What Have You Done To Your 3rd Gen Today?

Covered up the last bit of chrome on the tailgate and then ordered wheels and tires at DiscountTire, going with black 17x8 Mk6’s and 265/65R17 Toyo OC AT3s.

 

Tossed on my Westcott sliders, a fox lift , accutune uca’s and stage 2deavers. Took 12hrs
Wah lah!!

Unfortunately I'm at A school so I can't drive my truck right now, but when I went on leave I had ORW install an Eibach leveling kit. The change in performance on the trails was night and day. Anza Borrego overlanding was a piece of cake.

 

I've been hovering over the Fox/BDS booth at Barrett Jackson the past couple of days asking numerous questions. Today I inquired about a discount. BDS/Fox offered 20% off with free shipping. I got to check out and sit in the Fox shocks semi truck trailer and phone in a custom order. Felt like a member of the race team.

I ordered 2.5 elite 883-06-178 fronts and 2.5 elite 883-26-113 rears. Just need to source uca's, deavers and tires...

 

I bought the oem lights for 35 shipped

 

Drivers side dash mount from The Taco Garage. Took some time to finally arrive but their customer service is great.

Couple of quickies, Garmin mini dash cam, used the Donger Tech adapter. Super easy and very neat install. Can’t see in from the drivers seat. All wires are behind the mirror. Quality works for me. Got the polarized lens, helps cut the glare for sure. Took the extra base that it comes with the camera and used as FOB hook. Stoked on the new FOB, ordered a second, safety orange.

 

Added half inch of memory foam to the center console for some extra kush
And a new fob.

 

Picked up my new APF Off-road sliders. A local Canadian company who makes great stuff by the looks of it. I haven’t installed yet, it was a 12 hour round trip in a snow storm to get them. I ordered yesterday. Owner of the company reached out and let me know he had a set in stock with power coating I could have for the non power coat prices. Picked it up today. So happy.

Looks really good. Very interested to see these installed.

 

Nothing big, switched out the interior and license plate bulbs. Really didn't think I'd care too much about the interior lighting switch but man it makes a huge difference.

Also, added a center console tray and organizer, glove box organizer, and setup up the home link to open the garage doors.
