    MESO ECT mod,ECT mod is auto on when truck start up.

    Yes it does.
    The MESO/TRD knob has 2 momentarily button. One is for ECT. The 2nd is aux.

    But it also has the standalone ECT mod as well used separate from the knob.

    I think this could be separate sale from the knob. I'm not sure if they can both be used together?
