Do you always have a habit of doing the left side of things first? Or did it just happen that way

That's about what I'm gettin', with 7,500 on the odo. It goes down to 16.9 mpg on my 13.5-mile commute sometimes when there's a lot of traffic. That's not good at all, for a Toyota Tacoma.

Threw on my demon shackles, used all four washers so they don't swing. Are they supposed to swing loose or not move anybody know?

Haha, I didn't even notice I did that. For hockey I always put on the left side then the right. Must just be a habit for everything now.

I think the wind at highway speed will push them back. I don't think there is a right or wrong.

    Upgraded my key fob.
Feels pretty good and not cheap at all.

However the TRD Red color looks more red/saturated in photos. (Just an honest review incase someone was picking one up)

H9’s came in. Going to install them this evening.

I have the Taco Garage DMM and couldn't be happier with it. I just received my Auxbeam 8 gang switch unit and have been searching for a mounting location for the controller. How was installation of the Taco Garage kit and wire routing? Any input/photos would be appreciated. I do agree with you on Taco Garage customer service. Thanks

I have the DMM too. Installation was super easy can be done in 15 minutes. I didn’t want to put too much effort into routing the wires on this one so I just tucked it all into the weather stripping. The switch panel connector fits perfectly under it and the wires aren’t noticeable.

Auxbeam unit is not powering my compressor. I’m running 6awg to the bed of my truck and have another toggle switch panel back there. A dual arb may require using two leads on the Auxbeam.

Do you remember what kind of ceramic coating they used?

How do you add foam? This is great! I’ve been wanting more padding but do not want an aftermarket cover. Very nice job!

It's the company's own product if im not mistaken. The company is called RestorFX. They specialize in paint correction. And I believe the ceramic coatings use graphene.

Just bought factory bed mat...wife will pick up tomorrow AM when she's in the dealer's town. Bag for recovery kit should arrive today...that will complete that equipment. Weekend project is to start installing 2m/440 mobile radio in truck.

Also got some snow overnight, so took the long way to work on the back roads and had some fun with the truck.

I installed them without the washers first and they were just swinging loose but I figured they would get scratched up that way then I put all four washers in and it's nice and tight. The box recommends taking the washers off and the rubber when using them for towing.
