    I think PHEVs may be a more realistic option for many people in the next 15 years or so, until the EV infrastructure is built up. You get a smaller battery with a small engine that basically acts as a generator.

    I have zero interest in EV's and I'll have no part of it. I wish "they" would quit the cramming them down everyones throat like "foie gras" advertising it as the next greatest thing and fun. :rolleyes: The automobile industry and civilization was built with dinosaur vitamins and minerals and I intend to keep my fleet that way.

    I'm not the only one that strongly opposed to the concept either. Ford brought an EV Mustang along with several of their Mach 1 Mustangs to the Barrett Jackson Scottsdale autocross event to offer free rides and promote the brand along with Toyota, Dodge and Chevrolet. I personally watched numerous people including myself refuse a ride in the EV Mustang and request the one with the V8. :burnrubber: The 700hp Hellcat Challengers, Chargers and Ram TRX's were the most popular production rides of the whole event aside from the fleet of TRD Pro models. I applaud Mopar for not giving a rats ass and going out with a bang by building disgustingly fast and fun vehicles that appeal to the masses. :p
