95 tacoma power steering whine

    My power steering starting to make some horrible whine noises. I changed the fluid the best I could but didn’t help. Should I just buy a new pump? I also checked the screen and it looked fine

    Remains to be seen I bought the tires and wheels the rest came along
    After changing fluid did you bleed the air out of the system??

    Turning lock to lock several times.

    You did remember to use ATF ?
