I'm 100% on board with this. If I truly want it and I have the funds, I'll regret missing it more than I'll regret paying "too much".

You'll have to accept that a vehicle like that, will come with multiple owners and maybe an accident or two....unless you're willing to pay significantly more than what's generally found.

The accident could deter some, but think of it as this - whoever owned and reported it to their insurance possibly had no intentions of selling/trading it and hadn't thought about the "diminished value" for some.

Instead, he or she wanted it fixed by means of a professional while also ensuring the work done was guaranteed as required by most insurance companies.

You only linked a picture, and not the ad. But if the vehicle was mechanically sound, and as clean outside as it is inside, the accident and many owners wouldn't make me hesitate once.

That is of course, if I wanted that color combo and it had the options I wanted.

But, I'm a-okay waiting on what I want and paying a bit more at this point in my life. It's how I got my 1 owner Tacoma. That said, if something pops up that fits and the accident is minor then maybe. But after my 100, I'm gun shy on trucks that have been involved with accidents and had a bunch of owners. It's easier to just be patient. Luckily I'm in no rush so I can afford a little pickiness. (Plus I'm gonna have to get something sight-unseen as it is and ship it (rust free) in unless I feel like taking a flight again.)

My 4runner didn't come with a fob, have to lock and unlock it like a peasant

 

I didn't see an RS3000 under your seat...maybe look around for it?

It'd be a port installed option and you can get a key fob for it.

So today at the dog park Dex met his match, another Husky singled him out this time for his humping victim. His owner was all embarrassed but it kept happening and she finally asked me if it bothered me. I said meh...not really, he's just getting what he always dishes out. So Dex and this other Husky had a hump fest the entire time



Never seen a dog that was fixed be so fixated at going through the motions. But it's always with another male Husky
