    I've got plenty of those.

I have a...41mm or 43mm socket I only needed for the extended CV axles I had on the 4Runner. Will never use it again unless I run a trail with someone that happens to own those cv axles and he/she needs to bust them off their rig.

I've got an OTC front end kit I let a friend here borrow, but haven't used it myself yet.

That's off the top of my head :anonymous:

Oh and a Milwaukee impact socket set, still brand new in SAE.

Bought them cause they were on 'sale' some 2-3 years ago...

When you own a tool you’ve only ever lent out. Like my 2000lb harbor freight transmission jack. Bought it after the lower two tiers broke on me.

By the time I actually used it myself the cylinder failed. Dropped my transmission/transfer case the second I cleared the steering rack lines and my limbs. Could’ve been a lot worse. That was the 3rd or 4th transmission it had ever pulled and none were even close to that 2000 lb rating.

The 100 series build was one of the most intense because it was a fast build during covid. Full suspension and steering replacement with a front eLocker. Unrecognizable after I bought it. Though I will take it down and clean up the top end. It's not in need enough to stop having fun with it.

You haven’t had any issues with the from diff or CVs with the locker?

After replacing window motors a few times...it's just one of those things that I don't like doing. As you said, working in there isn't crazy, but it's just...don't wanna.
I feel the same about handles. And my passenger side is about to go again. At least I have the metal ones on standby this time.

Mine just pulled off. Don't remember any caulk like adhesive, they just push onto the metal, friction fit. (At least mine did last I had em off to clean out ants that had invaded, I haven't checked the new ones I have to see if they have adhesive)
Trying to remember, but I think I started in the top left corner and worked my around from there. They do have a shape and certain sections need to line up with the body so it fits correctly.
I have a new set waiting to go on, next time in my storage unit I could get the PN for you. I need to do some rust elimination on the lower part of the pinch where you step into the truck though since the gasket slips down onto that. That spot was holding water on mine, the seals had rips em, so it makes sense it rusted.
If you're going used, definitely check for holes/rips.

Nope. I did blow an outer CV from bouncing on a hill when I high-centered. I would rather lose an outer CV than damage the front diff. The CVs were new OEM about 2.5 years ago.

Don't blame ya. I was just curious. Was looking at his site yesterday. Apparently he can make one for a 3rd gen 4Runner which is cool. Always liked his stuff.
