From what I'm seeing
Some 5.56 brass has returned to early pandemic pricing the 43-45 cents per round range before it really went crazy.

9mm is still a solid 50+ bucks per case more
308 6.5 and other common rifle calibers are getting better as well.

300 PRC which I'm just getting into was like $90 a box a few months ago. Just picked up a couple boxes for $40 each

 

The 308 I like is back to prepandemic prices in places. I have bought some 556 online for $.50 per round after shipping so it’s getting better in places deffinately better than 2020-21

 

Damn 45-70 seems to have gone up $10/box. Glad mine is a single shot.

 

Good, I just ordered a 12.5" 300BO upper. Probably going to stick with YHM cans and run a Resonator K. I'll order that at my lgs.

I got similar advice. I registered mine in its shortest configuration. Once approved I sent the ATF a letter, via email listing the various calibers and lengths that I intended to configure it in. I was advised to do this via email so there was documentation that it was sent and received. Got a response of "thanks" and haven't heard anything else about it.

Sounds like people are over thinking this as well!

 

And please stop sending letters to the ATF about it......

 

It don’t matter I am sure there are ATF employees on this Forum that we have no clue who they are

 

There is a lot of truth to this and not only here

 

ATF has over 500 dedicated staff it’s all they do is monitor websites and with AI and algorithms it’s not hard to achieve these results….

 

I'm not talking about tacomaworld. I'm talking about sending the man letters telling him everything you're doing. If you don't know when you're required by law to send a notification of change, and when you're not.... oh well

 

I was told, as long as you can put the SBR to it's original registered form, then go meshugeh.

 

I guess I'll be the guinea pig. I was going to wait and submit an eForm1 for the pistol I built recently on a trust, but decided to submit it using the 2021R-08F eForm1. There is absolutely no difference when completing the eForm. The only picture of the firearm it requested was of the standard engravings. I will update if I get an additional request for information/pictures/etc. I'll be checking the eForms site daily to check progress. I know some people were getting their standard eForm1's back in about a week, so we will see.

 

Just watch the first episode of Tulsa King, you never know who you end up with at the strip club.

 

Already got confirmation of receipt/status changed to Submitted. I'll be submitting my fingerprint cards later today.
