    Carfax is once again allowing me to run license plates, and I was able to identify this DCSB as 2016; I was shocked because I didn't think these wheels became available until like 2018-2019...?

    They could have been taken offs. Most of the early 3rd gen SR5s I see have steel wheels on them.
