Went from 39” ground to fender measurement on Option 1 to 40.25” going to option 2.

did the install in about an hour on the truck, without pulling the leaf pack out.

Rides just as good as option 1, or in my case I prefer it more as now it’s more balanced with the ride of the front end.

Just installed Icon RXT leaf packs on my 3rd gen Tacoma and I am getting a loud clunk from the passenger side pack. Has anyone else had a clunking noise with the RXTs? It seems to only happen at low speeds when I hit speed bumps or other small bumps.

retorque your ubolts and rear shocks.

I go to 90ft lbs on the ubolts and 75ft lbs on the lower shock bolt.

Just installed the icon rxt pack on option 2 with 5125 shocks, 2.5 degree tapered shim, wheelers u bolt flip and some gm bump stops. With the topper and some gear in the back my guess is around 400lbs. I added a before picture on the bottom of stock suspension and then stock suspension with a 1.25 block. Next will be 5100's in the front to raise it about an 1'' i prefer more rear rake vs level. Its more firm but rides nice, quiet no vibrations. I am going to wait about 6 months and see how these settle before i put 5100's in the from my guess is 1/2 maybe 3/4''. Anyone who's had this pack for a while notice how much it settles?

    Icon Rxt Stage 2 w/ 5125 shocks

Just picked up a set of these. I've got questions.
Don't see too many access cab trucks here so ill ask.

I'm considering option 1. Truck has a camper shell that weights in at about 150lbs.

Considering the payload differences between the AC - and icons DCLB truck do you think this is unreasonable? Occasionally throw about 100lbs of tools in the bed.

Off road quite a bit and don't want to flatten the packs, but I'm not shooting for more than 24.5 ish hub to fender.

about to order a set of these. combed the internets for best price and so far the best ive seen is this "CSP racing" @ $516 with a 5% discount/no shipping/no tax. anyone vouch for this company? they seem to be legit having a instagram and facebook page as well. not really an offroad or truck kinda site so curious that they would carry them "in stock."

Have you looked at there reviews from people ordering parts? Have you checked out restocking or damaged parts during shipping? That price look to good to be true. We have a lot of approved vendors on TW who will stand behind their products. Your decision to make but the time and hassle if something goes wrong is not worth it to me.

Use code 20RXT2023 for 20% directly from Icon.

i've been option 2 for a few years & looking to go option 3 with a new heavier tent.
i see you mention above installing longer retainers and center bolts. i'm pretty sure i received no additional hardware, and icon's RXT installation instructions say N/A for hardware included...what am i missing?
    thx

You can order the hardware from Icon but will probably have to speak with a service rep as the hardware is not listed on their site. That was the case a few months ago when I ordered. I only had hardware for one pack so I either lost parts or they never came. I don't recall.

    thanks
looking just now i see the rear retainer will not work with installing the extra leaf as there's a rivet in the way.
so it's confirmed then - additional hardware kit is required for option 3?

They should provide you with a longer center bolt, longer retainer u-clip doodad, and another brass spacer. One of each per pack.

I got the decked drawing system and will be installing it shortly.

With tools and etc, I should have close to 300 lbs of constant weight.

I think option 3 will be my best bet yes?
